Thinking Machines Lab Co-founder Barret Zoph returns to Google

Barret Zoph, co-founder of AI startup Thinking Machines Lab with Mira Murati, is joining Google's DeepMind as Vice President of Research. Zoph began his AI career at Google Brain in 2016 before becoming OpenAI's Vice President of Research for two years. He briefly returned to OpenAI after leaving Thinking Machines earlier this year, before now joining DeepMind.
