Third woman accuses New York Governor of sexual harassment; releases picture

A third woman has accused New York Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment, saying that he placed his hands on her cheeks and asked if he could kiss her at a wedding reception. Anna Ruch shared a picture from the wedding reception with The New York Times. Ruch said she felt "confused, shocked, uncomfortable and embarrassed".
