Thiruvananthapuram man arrested for attacking wife

Police in Thiruvananthapuram arrested a 23-year-old man, Sanalkumar alias 'Vavachi', for brutally attacking his wife after a family dispute. He allegedly abused, assaulted, and then attacked her with a knife, leaving her seriously injured. Police say he is a known criminal with multiple cases, including attempt to murder and drug-related offences, and has now been remanded to custody.
