This is time of war, Punjab shouldn't raise water issues now: Vij

Haryana minister Anil Vij criticised AAP-led Punjab government for raising water issues. "This is a time of war, and in times of war, we should forget all differences and unite," he said, adding that Punjab is a border state, and by raising any issue, you spoil the country's unity. They should end this issue and move on, Vij further said.
