This US City To Sell Vacant Homes For Just $1 Each

The US city of Baltimore has approved a programme to sell vacant houses for just $1. In Baltimore City, over 13,000 homes are vacant and of these, 1,000 are owned by the city. Under this programme, buyers will be able to purchase the vacant houses for one dollar and then would be required to fix them at their own cost.
