A woman shares how she was motivated to lose 36 kg when she started experiencing knee pain and breathlessness. She overcame weight-loss plateau by increasing her step count and doing more rigorous workout. She weighed 85 kg postpartum and when she lost weight, she experienced fit-shaming too.
