'Thor...' maker Taika to helm film adaptation of 'The Incal'

Oscar-winning filmmaker Taika Waititi has been roped in to direct the film adaptation of Alejandro Jodorowsky and Moebius' graphic novel 'The Incal'. The 'Thor: Love and Thunder' director will also pen the upcoming project along with Jemaine Clement and Peter Warren. "I was stunned to be given opportunity to bring his iconic characters to life," Taika said in a statement.
