Thorough probe will be conducted: Maha CM after metro pillar collapse

Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis said a thorough probe will be conducted into metro rail slab collapse in Mumbai’s Mulund area. The incident left one person dead and three injured. “MMRDA and state government will look after the hospitalisation and care,” Fadnavis said. The state government has announced ₹5 lakh as ex gratia compensation for the kin of the deceased.
