Those not giving birth responsible for falling population: Japan Dy PM

Japan's Deputy Prime Minister Taro Aso has said that those who "didn't give birth" are to be blamed for the country's declining population. "There are lots of strange people who say the elderly are to blame, but that is wrong," he added. In 2017, around 9.5 lakh babies were born while the number of deaths rose to around 13 lakh.
