Stating that his government will continue to have zero tolerance towards black money, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, "I assure you, those who have looted the nation will continue to be scared of Narendra Modi." Further, in a veiled reference to liquor baron Vijay Mallya, PM Modi added, "You (Congress) allowed the loot, we are bringing them back."
