Thousands of apps built with AI-tools Lovable, Replit leaking user data: Report

Cybersecurity firm RedAccess found over 5,000 AI-generated web applications built using tools like Lovable, Replit, Base44 and Netlify were publicly exposed or poorly protected. The findings revealed nearly 40% reportedly leaked sensitive data, including medical records, financial details and private chatbot conversations. It also detected phishing sites impersonating Bank of America and FedEx.
