Thousands of people attend Thalapathy Vijay's 1st political rally

Thousands of people attended the first state conference of Tamil actor Thalapathy Vijay's newly formed political party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) on Sunday. Vijay paid floral tributes to freedom fighters and hoisted the party's flag at the conference in Tamil Nadu's Vikravandi. "Politics is not a cine field. It is a battlefield. It would be a bit serious," he said.
