Three Arrested in Areca Nut Theft Case by Shankaranarayana Police

Shankaranarayana police arrested three suspects in an areca nut theft case. The individuals, identified as Amir Zainuddin, Nisar Asif Annar, and Munawar, allegedly burglarized areca nut trading shops in various areas. Authorities seized 11.65 quintals of betel leaves and confiscated vehicles used in the thefts, valued at Rs 4.05 lakh. The accused are remanded to judicial custody.
