Tier 2, 3 cities will drive next wave of startup growth: MeitY official

MeitY Startup Hub CEO Panneerselvam Madanagopal said tier 2 and 3 cities will drive India’s next phase of startup growth. He added that hundreds of companies are likely to emerge from these regions in coming years. He highlighted initiatives like GENESIS, a long-term effort to build capacity in tier 2 and 3 cities through a network of 65 partner incubators.
