Tiger Global moves Delhi HC against Flipkart tax ruling by AAR: Report

Tiger Global has moved the Delhi High Court against a ruling by Authority of Advance Ruling, Mint reported. The AAR had rejected Tiger Global's petition claiming an exemption from tax on capital gains resulting from the 2018 sale of its Flipkart stake to Walmart. Tiger Global said its Mauritius-based entities, which were set up before 2017, had invested in Flipkart.
