Tiger Tyagarajan to step down as Genpact CEO after over 12 years

Genpact President and CEO Tiger Tyagarajan has announced that he will be stepping down in February 2024 after being the IT firm's chief for over 12 years. "To call it work is not the way I saw it...It was life," Tyagarajan said, adding that he'll continue to be a Genpact board member. Genpact senior executive BK Kalra will replace Tyagarajan.
