TikTok causing cultural degeneration: Tamil Nadu to demand app ban

Tamil Nadu has requested a ban on lip-syncing video app TikTok, claiming that it is pushing the younger generation on the path of cultural degeneration. Tamil Nadu MLA Thamimun Ansari said the app creates law and order problems and many obscene activities happen on it. Tamil Nadu's IT minister said the state will request the Centre to ban the app.
