TikTok-parent ByteDance starts selling app's AI to other firms: FT

TikTok-parent ByteDance has started selling TikTok's AI to other companies, the Financial Times reported. ByteDance now has a new division called BytePlus, which offers customers the chance to access the recommendation algorithm and personalise it for their apps and customers. BytePlus' clientele already includes US fashion app GOAT and India-based social gaming platform Gamesapp.
