Time for EU to back Trump to punish Putin's customers: Graham on India, China

US Senator Lindsey Graham has urged European Union nations to back US President Donald Trump to "punish" India and China who are customers of Russian oil. "They [China and India] will change their practices toward Russian President Vladimir Putin, and this [Russia-Ukraine] war will end," he stated. Notably, US has imposed penalty on India for buying Russian oil.
