TIME magazine releases cover on Joe Biden dropping out of US Presidential race

TIME magazine released a cover on US President Joe Biden dropping out of the Presidential race. The cover depicts Vice President Kamala Harris entering the race as Biden exits. After the first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Biden, TIME magazine had on June 28 released a cover that had a picture of Biden and read, "Panic."
