Timely action saves mother & baby in high-risk case in K'taka

In a rare high-risk pregnancy, Vasavi Hospital, Karnataka, saved both mother and baby. Diagnosed with placenta percreta and fetal growth restriction, the patient received expert care from Dr Nisha Buchade, who managed her anemia and prolonged the pregnancy. Initially advised early delivery, she safely delivered via cesarean at 36 weeks under close medical supervision.
