In its first international acquisition, Times Internet has acquired US-based cricket broadcaster Willow TV International for $100 million. Founded in 2010 by Vijay Srinivasan, Willow is a sports network which features popular cricket matches and events. Notably, Times Internet division CricBuzz had recently bagged the digital video clip rights for US and Canada for all ICC events between 2016-19.
