Tinder owner Match Group looking to invest in Shaadi.com: Report

Match Group, the parent company of dating apps Tinder, Hinge and OkCupid, is in advanced talks to make a strategic investment in matrimonial site Shaadi.com, Economic Times reported. The company could reportedly buy out institutional shareholders and invest in primary equity. "The exact financial terms and arrangements are yet to be ascertained," the report said citing a source.
