Tinder-parent Match Group to lay off 6% of workforce

Match Group, the parent company of Tinder and Hinge, announced it will lay off around 6% of its workforce as part of its plans to end live-streaming services on its dating apps. The move comes amid pressure from activist investors to bring changes in the company. Shares of Match Group are currently up over 12%.
