A 20-year-old female student from the University of Kansas, US, was kidnapped, beaten and held against her will for six days in April by a 32-year-old man she met through the dating app Tinder. The man, Shane Steven Allen, is currently in police custody under a $100,000 bond. If convicted, Allen could serve a 32-year prison sentence.
