Tinder's parent company raises $400 mn in IPO

Match Group, the parent company of OKCupid, Match, and Tinder, raised $400 million in its initial public offering, valuing the company at around $3 billion. The stock trading on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol MTCH, opened at $12 per share and climbed to $13.50 by midday. Tinder CEO was recently criticised after a controversial interview ahead of the IPO.
