UP Congress President Ajay Rai criticised PM Narendra Modi for launching Tiranga Yatra to mark Operation Sindoor’s success, calling it a "way of marketing, which shouldn’t be done". While acknowledging the operation’s success, he said, "Defence Minister Rajnath Singh should also be highlighted, instead, PM Modi is in focus." Operation Sindoor launched on May 7 to avenge Pahalgam terror attack.
