Titan, Senco shares jump as customs duty on gold reduced to 6%

Shares of Senco Gold jumped over 11% from its previous close on Tuesday after Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a reduction of customs duty on gold and silver to 6% and platinum to 6.4%. Its shares hit an intra-day high of ₹1,054.75. Shares of Tata Group's Titan Company rose over 7% on Tuesday to hit an intra-day high of ₹3,490.
