Titanic submarine tour waiver had 'death' written 3 times on page 1: Tourist from 2022

Mike Reiss, a producer and writer on The Simpsons, who had gone on the missing Titanic submersible expedition last year, has revealed he was made to sign a waiver before the expedition. He said the waiver was "long" and it mentioned "death three times on page one". The submersible carrying five passengers has been missing since Sunday.
