TMC expels two newly elected MLAs for anti-party activities

TMC expelled two newly elected MLAs, Sandipan Saha and Ritabrata Banerjee, for anti-party activities. The expulsion came after CM Suvendu Adhikari revealed that the two had complained to the West Bengal Assembly Speaker that they had not signed the letter proposing TMC-endorsed Shobandeb Chattopadhyay as Leader of Opposition. Abhishek Banerjee was also summoned by CID in the same case.
