TMC leader Jahangir Khan’s wife arrested over bid to storm Falta Police Station to free husband

West Bengal Police have arrested Sarina Bibi, wife of jailed former TMC leader Jahangir Khan, for allegedly planning the June 17 attack on Falta Police Station to secure his release. Around 400 supporters had reportedly gathered at Falta's Shatol Kolsa area, staged a demonstration and marched towards the station before being stopped. Over 25 people have been arrested so far.
