TN CM Vijay govt launches WhatsApp number to report bribe demands

CM Vijay-led Tamil Nadu government has launched a dedicated WhatsApp helpline to report bribery by government officials. Citizens can file complaints through WhatsApp at 9498180936, alongside the existing email option at dvac@nic.in. This comes after TVK removed its leader Veera Veerasamy from party's primary membership over allegations of receiving a ₹1.3 lakh bribe from a government contractor.
