TN Guv walked out of Assembly without delivering address for 4th consecutive yr

Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi walked out of Assembly without delivering customary address over National Anthem row. Ravi walked out of Assembly for fourth consecutive year. In 2023, Ravi left after CM MK Stalin objected to his selective omissions from address. In 2024, he read first paragraph and then exited. Last year, he cited "deep anguish" over "insult" to Constitution.
