TN lawmaker K Palani tests positive for COVID-19, admitted to hospital

AIADMK MLA from Sriperumbudur in Tamil Nadu K Palani has tested positive for coronavirus and has been admitted to MIOT Hospital in Chennai for treatment. The MLA was admitted on Friday night and is stable, said MIOT Public Relations Officer. Palani is the second Tamil Nadu lawmaker to contract coronavirus after DMK's J Anbazhagan who passed away earlier this week.
