TN man quits job, rescues over 200 abandoned & abused animals

Naresh Akil, an MBA graduate who once worked at an IT firm in Bengaluru, quit his job and built Thozhuvam, an animal sanctuary in Coimbatore, after seeing pets being abandoned and abused. The sanctuary houses over 200 rescued animals and includes cows, horses, a camel, pigs, goats, turkeys, pigeons and roosters, turtles, snakes, cats, dogs, guinea pigs and hamsters.
