TN may remove Sunday lockdown if COVID-19 cases dip: State minister
The Tamil Nadu government will consider withdrawing Sunday lockdown if COVID-19 cases in the state continue to decline, said state Health Minister Ma Subramanian on Sunday. While addressing the media, Subramanian said, "Cases are reducing in comparison to last one or two days. It is satisfactory." Tamil Nadu reported 30,580 new COVID-19 cases and 40 deaths in past 24 hours.
