TN passes resolution for ‘Tamil Thai Vazhthu’ to be mandatorily sung 1st at events

Tamil Nadu Assembly on Monday unanimously adopted a resolution making it mandatory for 'Tamil Thai Vazhthu' to be sung first before the commencement of programmes in all educational institutions, government offices, and other public institutions in state. CM Vijay moved the resolution in the Assembly. "Tamil isn't only a language but also our life and emotions," Vijay said.
