TN police officials to get weekly offs, holiday on birthdays & anniversaries

Tamil Nadu Director General of Police (DGP) C Sylendra Babu has announced that police personnel will be given weekly offs along with holidays on their birthdays and wedding anniversaries. As per the notice, the decision was taken to encourage the well being of police officers. The DGP also added that the holidays should be implemented with immediate effect.
