Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalithaa announced on Monday that all households in the state will be provided Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation's Internet Service Provider licence will be used for the service. High-speed broadband will be provided with IPTV. She also announced distribution of specially designed wheelchairs for physically challenged people.
