To curb misuse, ECI caps number of Form 7s a person can fill to seek voter deletion

ECI has capped the number of Form 7s a person can submit during the claims-and-objections period of electoral-roll revisions at ten. This number is five per month during routine updates. Form 7 challenges a proposed voter entry or requests deletion of an existing one. ECI aims to curb bulk filing of malicious objections and reduce inconvenience to election officials.
