To resolve complaints of martyrs' kin, ITBP gives out smartphones

In a first, the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) provided smartphones to the families of the martyrs of the force, as part of its grievance redressal system. Ritu Arora, the chairperson of the Himveer Wives Welfare Association (HWWA), said, "Any kinds of complaints can be sent from these smartphones to the digital platform of the grievance redressal mechanism."
