A toddler died after she consumed chocolates purchased from a grocery store in Patiala. An investigation by the police and health department revealed that the chocolates had expired. The toddler's family has said she began bleeding from her mouth immediately after consuming a bite of the chocolate and was then admitted to the hospital as her condition deteriorated.
