Toilet in Indore, where 13 died, was built above drinking water pipeline

Indore Municipal Corporation's probe found out that a toilet was built directly above main drinking water pipeline near a police outpost and that a mandatory safety tank beneath it had not been constructed. Confirming the development, Indore Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dilip Kumar said they are investigating "other lapses". Notably, 13 people have died due to water contamination in Indore.
