Toilets in unacceptable condition, bribes sought: Policy expert on govt stadium in Delhi

Public policy expert Gaurav U Gullaiya flagged poor condition of KD Jadhav indoor stadium in Delhi after a video showed a monkey in practice arena of India Open 2026. Gullaiya said during the first AJPTour, toilets in the stadium were unacceptable and bribes were sought for letting sports equipment inside. "Electricity charges and AC usage were billed separately," he said.
