Told him not to drive: Friend of 23-yr-old who was driving car that killed Mumbai CEO

A friend of 23-year-old Sumer Merchant, who was driving the car that hit and killed CEO Rajalakshmi Ramakrishnan in Mumbai recently, said Merchant wasn't "in a state to drive". Merchant insisted on dropping her home after a party at his house, she said. "I told him not to come out...he hadn't slept the whole night. He was drowsy," she added.
