Tom Cruise to receive 52nd AFI Life Achievement Award

The American Film Institute Board of Trustees announced Tom Cruise as the recipient of the 52nd AFI Life Achievement Award. The gala tribute will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on April 24, 2027. AFI chair Kathleen Kennedy called Cruise "a global icon" and praised his extraordinary commitment to cinema.
