Tonbo wins Navy deal for anti-drone microwave weapon

Bengaluru-based Tonbo Imaging has secured an Indian Navy contract under ADITI 3.0 to develop a high-power microwave anti-drone weapon system. Backed by iDEX and DIO, the project strengthens India's push for indigenous directed-energy weapons. The advanced HPM technology can disable drone swarms by frying onboard electronics, boosting the Navy's electronic warfare, non-kinetic defence capabilities.
