'Too old to be crucified again,' says 63-yr-old man nailed to cross for 35th time in Philippines

A 63-year-old carpenter and sign painter, identified as Ruben Enaje, was nailed to a wooden cross for the 35th time to reenact Jesus Christ's crucifixion as part of a Good Friday tradition in Philippines. Enaje said he's getting "too old to be crucified". Enaje said he has considered ending the annual religious penitence but couldn't turn down requests from villagers.
