Top 5 firms lose ₹1 lakh cr in mcap in a week, HDFC Bank worst hit

The combined market value of five of the top-10 most-valued firms declined by ₹1,02,771.87 crore last week. HDFC Bank saw the biggest hit as its valuation fell ₹56,124.48 crore to ₹1,201,267.28 crore. Hindustan Unilever (₹18,009.62 crore), Bajaj Finance (₹15,338.42 crore), TCS (₹7,127.63 crore) and ICICI Bank (₹6,171.72 crore) were among the laggards. Reliance Industries remained most valued firm.
