Top stocks that witnessed heavy demand in pre-opening session

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 134.25 points or 0.17%. Sector-wise, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped 0.01%, power zoomed 0.25% and auto soared 0.21%. Meanwhile, Genus Power Infrastructures, Reliance Power, Kaynes Technology India Ltd and Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd emerged as the top gainers in the pre-opening session.
